Final Paper

   The final paper should be directly submitted to the CPS for publishing. The Online Author Kit and the Paper Submission Instructions can be found at:

Note:

1. IEEE requires the final PDF files submitted for accepted papers to be IEEE Xplore compliant. To ensure that your file is fully compliant with IEEE Xplore, you need to verify your paper with IEEE PDF eXpress using the conference ID:40842X­.
2. If PDF eXpress is not active, the authors can go ahead and submit their papers. Note that PDF eXpress is not a submission site; authors may submit their papers without using PDF eXpress.
3. Submitting a paper without using PDF eXpress will not compromise the paper; all papers will be checked and verified on CPS end. Authors will be notified if the CPS find a problem with their paper.
